A page "About Me," if you will.

Read this, or don't. I don't care.
I am not an interesting person. I don't care about that either. Some people like me, and I like them too, so it doesn't really matter about anyone else.
I am a homeschooler.
Enough said? I think not, because homeschoolers are commonly underestimated by the general public. & even though I am not interesting, I am not one to be underestimated.
I play music, but I do not write it. If I may use the vernacular, I suck at writing music. So I don't. But I write novels. I hope to publish a novel one day. One that will be read by people who are more than generally intellectually inclined, & who sustain their minds with good literature. I know that I have aspired to a high calling, but I shall continue to work towards the achievement of my goal. I do have a baby novel-in-the-making, but I, sadly, seem to have fallen out of the right sort of mood for novel-writing lately, so it sits, rather neglected as of late. So don't, like, go searching the shelves of Barnes & Noble for it, anytime soon. It won't be there - not yet.
I love Jesus with all that I am. I am nothing without Him. He is my bestfriend. :) He is writing my love story, which is pretty cool. I wouldn't want to do it myself, because I would be sure to bungle it all up. This I know.
I have never had a boyfriend. I do not want one. I do have friends who are boys. They are very nice, & also very aggravating & also sometimes very stupid. Therefore, at this stage in my life, one of those is quite unnecessary.
I have a black belt in Taekwondo. You really should be jealous. Mmhmmm.
I am attending beauty college, with the intent of specializing in hairdressing. It's pretty cool, sort of, mostly. It's really not as exciting as everyone would have you believe. Although I do like cosmetology and I am looking forward to a "career" in that field. Career is such an odd word - it seems so inapplicable for me.
I like long &/or provoking words. For instance : myriad, plethura, exuberant, snarky, cumberbund, frappucino & Gaelic.
Speaking of Gaelic, it's an amazing language. I think everyone should speak it. It should be, like, the official language of the world, or something. Just kidding.
I love random &/or spontaneous things. Like unexpectedly frolicking through a field. Or likewise unexpectedly going to the movies. Or a comrade's house. Or things like that. Or randomly putting on one pink-&-black striped knee-high sock & one ankle sock with yellow ducks on it, together, at the same time with rolled up jeans. & then your mamma yells at you & tells you to go put on matching socks or else. Just kidding. My mamma doesn't do that. But that sort of random thing, I like. It amuses me.
I also like organization. A lot. And my school supplies always match; always. And I don't care if you make fun of me for it, because everyone does, and I'm used to it. I shan't be affected in any way, so you may tease my about my matching all you like.
I periodically like to clean and organize my drawers. I am always quite cheerful while they are organized, but, as all things do, they eventually fall into a state of terrible disorder - again, & then I have to clean them - again.
I have a beautiful guitar by the name of Edward. He has an amazing voice & he was not named after Twilight. I have to make this clear because Robert Pattinson is so ugly that Edward would be very offended if anyone thought he was named after such a character.
I dislike very much when Edward is out of tune. It is not his fault, of course, but it's just only that I hate tuning, so when he falls out of tune, I am rather peeved usually. I also hate it whenever someone bumps into Edward, which happens periodically, because he's so special & I'm rather overly careful of him.
I love to play Edward, a whole lot. I mostly play worship music. I enjoy the fact that I can use something that I love (i.e., music) to glorify my King. :)
Switchfoot is my very favoritest band in the world. Jon Foreman is the most amazing musician that ever lived, in my opinion. Their music makes me happy, all the time. But I do have a fairly wide variety in musical taste. The only things I really dislike are rap and country. And sometimes, hip hop/R&B can really, really get on my nerves.
I love Jesus more than anything else, and I strive to live my life fully, entirely, 100% for Him. :)
And that, I believe, is all I have to say for myself at this time.
