Fork Necklace and Wienerschnitzel

Well, I haven't posted in a while because I've had a lot of homework and other random stuff like that. I probably should be doing homework now too, but (obviously), I'm not.

On Saturday we went to the Hughson crafts fair. Becca and I had wanted to get together on that weekend, but since we were going to the fair, we just took Becca with us. My mom wasn't super impressed with the fair this year, but because Becca was there, I had a lot of fun, plus there were ever so many jewelry stands, and even though I don't wear much jewelry, I love looking at it! Also we found a couple really cool vintage signs and things and discovered that our taste in decor is pretty similar. We found one stand in particular that had really cool jewelry. All the necklaces had either forks or spoons or silverware handles on them. Some of the handles were painted and they were really pretty, although too big to wear. The bracelets were made out of silverware handles, and all the rings were made out of old clip on earrings. I got a necklace with a fork on it, and Becca's was a spoon with a bird painted on it. They're really cool. Here's a pic of mine, and there's a pic of Becca's on her blog...check it out! We decided that if we were falsely accused and arrested, that we could dig out of prison together with our necklaces. Or if we were on a ship and were wrecked on a deserted island, that we would still be able to eat like civilized people (if we could find food to eat in the first place :0).

We had pretzels for lunch and took a couple pictures, and then we walked around some more. It was a lot of fun.

Umm, oh on Sunday, Anne was gone (I didn't know til Saturday...thanks a lot for telling me Annie!) so I had to teach the lesson. I had nothing prepared (see previous note), so I had to read the lesson while Esther played dodgeball with the kids. I didn't even know Esther was coming, though, I thought it was just going to be me by myself with all the kids, and then she showed up, and I was so glad she was there because otherwise it would have been crazy!!! I mean, it was anyway, but it was easier with someone else to help out. Nothing too dramatic happened though...you know, a couple dodgeballs stuck in the rafters, a broken outlet plate, and half the boys getting talked to by a pastor, but other than that, it was pretty normal.

Today, Daddy and I went out and hung out in town. We went to a couple gun stores, and the chiropractor, and then got Wienershnitzel and went to Granny and Grandad's to eat. We hung out over there for a while, and I got the cliffnotes for A Tale of Two Cities from Granny, and then we came home. It was fun though. I like getting to run around with Dad cuz I don't get to do it much anymore.
Tomorrow we're going to Annie and Hayden's for Thanksgiving. I'm so excited! I haven't seen Annie in like 2 weeks! And I haven't seen Kristine for a while either. I can't wait! And also, the food will be really good.
Oh, last night we watched Kung Fu Panda...it was HILARIOUS!!!! Although today Daddy's in such a Kung Fu Panda mood that he keeps on poking us and saying 'paralyzer', and then you have to stand still until he pokes you again and says 'unparalyzer'...haha! Anyway, it was a pretty good movie. It reminded me and Mamma and Daddy a lot of Star Wars (except Chinese, of course). Anyway, oh, we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks the other day too. It was funny too. I think I'm going to make an Alvin and the Chipmunks playlist for my sidebar, with all the music I can find of theirs. What do you think? I'll expect comments in answer to that...

And, that's it.
